Nice to have a pet-friendly option, but attention to detail is crucial for a better guest experience. Would consider returning if issues are resolved.

The AC took a while to cool down, but once it did, the temperature was fine. The sliding glass door opened directly to the patio, which was convenient for letting the dogs out. The pool situation was concerning too—locals invading without any checks. Oddly, the door to my room was left unlocked all day, which raised safety alarms. The vibe felt outdated, and the need for better towels and signage was evident.

i had a good experience at California Inn. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was easy. the room was clean and had multiple USB charging ports, and they even provided toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb. also, the location was convenient with restaurants and fast food nearby.

The room was spacious, offering a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed. Conveniently located near an Italian restaurant and with easy access to gas and snacks. Enjoyed the pet-friendly environment and the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options.
The toilet in the room was noisy when flushed. The lack of clear signage made it challenging to find the entrance, especially at night when tired.

I chose California Inn solely for its convenient location near the Mojave River Valley Museum and Western America Railroad Museum. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour reception, which added to the convenience of my stay. The restaurant serving delicious meals was a delightful bonus, adding to the overall positive experience.

Loved stuffing my face at the free breakfast every morning! The pool and gym were great to burn off those extra calories. Free Wi-Fi for my daily dose of cat videos!
Oh, I just adored how the hallway felt like a sauna. Couldn't get enough of that sweat lodge vibe.

Loved the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool, offering a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The hotel's location was prime, with easy access to major highways and convenient amenities like 24hr dining options and stores nearby.
The bedding was not the most comfortable, and the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

That there were only three pillows provided for the two of us. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

The Spanish decor and old fashioned elevator were a nice change from chain motels. Accessible Italian restaurant and 10% discount for local restaurants. Ground floor room with French door for easy vehicle access. Above average breakfast with a variety of options. Comfortable bed and clean sheets and shower.
Felt very comfortable, no reason to complain.
